Tiene propiedades diur\u00e9ticas que ayudan a promover la funci\u00f3n renal para aumentar la orina y bajar el nivel de \u00e1cido \u00farico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de hojas de ortiga (15 g).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 taza de agua (250 ml).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon la cucharada de las hojas de ortiga en una taza y a\u00f1ade agua que est\u00e9 hirviendo.
