Tiene una serie de beneficios para la salud entre ellos mejorar del estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se debe a que tiene propiedades que llegan a reducir los s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n leve a moderada y ayuda a equilibrar los neurotransmisores en el cerebro que est\u00e1n relacionados con la salud mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser un adapt\u00f3geno, ayuda al cuerpo a adaptarse mejor al estr\u00e9s, reduce los niveles de cortisol y mejora la respuesta ante \u00e9ste. Tambi\u00e9n mejora la resistencia f\u00edsica y ayuda a combatir la fatiga. Esto ayuda a mantenerte relajado y de buen \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes consumirla mezclando con agua, leche o jugo.
