Tambi\u00e9n mejora el sistema inmunitario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimula la absorci\u00f3n del calcio en los huesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprovecha todos estos beneficios consumi\u00e9ndolas con estas recetas f\u00e1ciles de preparar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Pud\u00edn de Ch\u00eda<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 taza de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 taza de leche (puede ser de almendra, coco, vaca, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de miel (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frutas frescas para decorar (fresas, pl\u00e1tanos, ar\u00e1ndanos, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bol, mezcla las semillas de ch\u00eda con la leche. A\u00f1ade el extracto de vainilla y la miel. Remueve bien y deja reposar durante 5-10 minutos. Cubre el bol y refrigera durante al menos 4 horas, o durante toda la noche. Sirve el pud\u00edn con frutas frescas encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Batido de Ch\u00eda y Frutas<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pl\u00e1tano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 taza de fresas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 taza de ar\u00e1ndanos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 taza de leche (puede ser de almendra, coco, vaca, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de miel o jarabe de arce (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca todos los ingredientes en una licuadora. Lic\u00faa hasta obtener una mezcla suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si deseas una textura m\u00e1s fr\u00eda, a\u00f1ade hielo y lic\u00faa nuevamente. Sirve inmediatamente y disfruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Agua de Ch\u00eda con Lim\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 taza de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miel al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un vaso, mezcla las semillas de ch\u00eda con el agua. Deja reposar durante 10-15 minutos para que las semillas se hidraten. A\u00f1ade el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la miel al gusto.
