Su consumo en forma de infusi\u00f3n es utilizado para el tratamiento de c\u00e1lculos renales y la prevenci\u00f3n de infecciones del tracto urinario (ITU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ELIMINACI\u00d3N DE PIEDRAS EN LOS RI\u00d1ONES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Propiedades diur\u00e9ticas: Compuestos como flavonoides, taninos y juglonas presentes en ellas, aumentan la producci\u00f3n de orina, lo que favorece la expulsi\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os c\u00e1lculos renales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efecto alcalinizante: Ayuda a regular el pH urinario, reduciendo la formaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1lculos de oxalato de calcio, que son los m\u00e1s comunes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antiinflamatorio: Alivia la inflamaci\u00f3n en los ri\u00f1ones y las v\u00edas urinarias, facilitando la excreci\u00f3n de residuos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PREVENCI\u00d3N DE INFECCIONES URINARIAS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actividad antimicrobiana: Los compuestos fen\u00f3licos en las hojas de nogal inhiben el crecimiento de bacterias pat\u00f3genas como Escherichia coli, responsable de la mayor\u00eda de las ITU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efecto antioxidante: Protege las c\u00e9lulas del tracto urinario contra el da\u00f1o oxidativo causado por agentes infecciosos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Astringencia: Los taninos reducen la inflamaci\u00f3n en las mucosas urinarias, creando un ambiente menos favorable para la proliferaci\u00f3n bacteriana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepara una infusi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierve 500 ml de agua y agrega 1 cucharada sopera de hojas secas de nogal al agua caliente. Tapa y deja reposar durante 10 minutos. Cuela y sirve. Consume una taza de la infusi\u00f3n (250 ml) dos veces al d\u00eda, preferiblemente en ayunas y por la noche, durante una semana.
