La guanábana (Annona muricata), guanábano, catuche, catoche o anona de México es una planta originaria de zonas tropicales del centro y sur de América.
Su aspecto exterior es un tanto extraño, caracterizado por su color verde y unas especies de púas, pero por dentro este fruto es blanco y con una pulpa suave y dulce.
